History of the building
These are four Art Nouveau apartment buildings in Ústí nad Labem, which are a typical example of German border urbanization from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Between 2013 and 2016, we purchased houses, including in excluded localities, and completely reconstructed them with the support of a state subsidy. A total of forty starter and care apartments intended for supported housing were created in these buildings. Our goal was not only to restore the technical condition of the neglected buildings, but also to ensure a dignified and safe home and to contribute to the overall upliftment of these localities.
